You Look Different…

As you progress through puberty, you will start looking different from your older self. The most common physical changes that a girl experiences include:

• Increase in height
• Hips become wide and round
• Breasts grow larger in size though the shape and size varies among girls
• Growth of Pubic Hair (hair between the legs) and under arm hair which become thicker and curlier with time
• Skin and hair become oilier and healthier
• Your periods start.
